(i) To be admitted for the LL B programme, a candidate must possess:
- WASC/SSC/GCE Ordinary Level with a minimum of 5 Credits including English Language, Literature in English, and at least a credit in Mathematics at not more than two sittings.
(ii) For a direct entry, a candidate must possess:
- First Degree with not less than second class lower from a recognized University or its equivalent in addition to the above requirement.
GD Legislative Drafting programme is a one year programme, structured into a minimum of 2 semesters in full mode and maximum of 4 semesters in flexible mode.
(ii) To be admitted for the PGD Legislative Drafting programme, a candidate is expected to have:
(i) A first degree in Law with a minimum of pass degree from a recognized University;
(ii) Been called to the Nigerian Bar; and
(iii) 5 Credits at Ordinary level.
The programme provides the beginnings for becoming a good drafter. But at its end, there will be much to learn, especially from those already established in the field.
