Lagos Study center DES students with zonal office Director Prof.F.Fatimayin and Deputy Registrar (Mrs.) Mana Ndong at the event

Department of Educational Studies ‎ of National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), 300 level students have donated essential medical equipment to Lagos Office sickbay.

‎‎The donation, which took place at the Study centre, is aimed at improving healthcare services available to students and Staff members.

Some Items donated to the sickbay including a hospital bed, bedsheets and pillowcases, a ceiling fan, an electric fan, both automatic and manual blood pressure monitoring machines, and as well as some first aid equipment’s.

‎‎The zonal Director of  Lagos Office, Prof. Foluke Fatimayin who was present at the event, lauded the students for their initiative and generosity .

Describing the gesture as commendable and impactful, noting that it reflects a strong sense of responsibility and care for the university community.

‎‎She further stated that the contribution would be brought to the attention of the Vice-Chancellor and other relevant authorities, emphasizing that the students’ efforts deserve wider recognition.

‎‎ Moreover, at the event were some  representatives of the Lagos study Centre, led by the Deputy Registrar Mrs. Mana Ndong and the management of the  Sick bay.
