The Enugu Study Centre of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) has hosted a five-day train-the-trainer workshop aimed at improving and bridging the digital needs and literacy.

The programme, organised by E-Tech Complete Solutions Limited for its clients and customers on digital skills and literacy, commenced on Tuesday, January 30, and is billed to end on Saturday, February 3, 2024.

According to the lead trainer, Mr. Orieukwu Justice Ndubuisi, the programme was designed to expose participants to digital skills, e-business technology, software & hardware development, a wide-range forward thinking, website development, among others.

He said digital skills form a basic requirement skills to move about in today’s connected world so as to improve critical thinking, enhanced collaboration, promote creativity, effective communication and increased ability to use digital technology, among others.

Ndubuisi stated that at the end of the training exercise participants would be given international certificate for digital literacy.

“The company formed a strategic alliances in collaborating with TETFund, Business Netherlands and other partners who are internationally recognised educationally with a back up of international training certification,” he said.

Professors, lecturers, business executive officers, bankers, business developers and estate managers were some of the participants present at the training exercise.

E-Tech Complete Solutions Ltd is an ICT and management-based training company registered in Nigeria with the mission of bridging the gap in digital skills and literacy.
