Prof. Ibrahim flanked by the Ag. director of the centre and other senior staff

As part of the university examination monitoring policy, Prof. Aminu Kazeem Ibrahim of the Faculty of Education, has visited Ilaro Community Study Centre on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, to monitor and evaluate the ongoing 2023_2 semester examination.

The visiting professor arrived at the centre before the commencement of the day’s morning session, and was received by the Ag. Director, Moses Ayokunle Ola, who went with him to the examination hall to inspect both the students and supervising staff.

He commended the orderliness, adequate spacing and supervision of the students taking examination.

In the course of his assessment, he saw and was satisfied with the facilities provided for the students, amongst which were restrooms, functional pipe-borne water, electrical fan, ventilated examination venue, comfortable examinations chairs and tables and in general, he was delighted with the cleaned premises of the centre.

Before leaving the study centre, Ibrahim advised both the Ag. Director and his senior members of staff to keep up the momentum as the examinations are part of academic excellence of the university,

The examination monitoring exercise is a continuous function of the University management to assess if progress is made in the achievement of expected results, and to observe inadequacies in the implementation of the examination exercise with the view of proffering recommendations and solutions.
