The Abuja Model Study Centre, National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) has held a seminar/project orientation for its students.

The programme, which centred around the final-year and postgraduate students, was part of the activities for the 2023_2 academic session  and it took place on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at the centre in Dutse Alhaji, Abuja.

Students from across the eight faculties of the university attended, totaling about 200 hundred, which was chaired by the centre director, Prof. Sam Ayodele.

According to Ayodele, the centre organises the programme every semester in order to equip and prepare its students for academic research writing so that they can stand tall among their contemporaries elsewhere.

The director, in his opening remarks, informed the students that the orientation was part of the fall out of the external supervisors’ remarks during moderation and M.Sc project defense.
