Commonwealth of Learning (COL) and Athabasca University (AU) hosts the Tenth Pan-Commonwealth Forum on Open Learning (PCF10) in Calgary, Canada, from 14 to 16 September 2022, at the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre.
The Forum takes place every three years and is considered one of the world’s leading international conferences on open, distance and technology-enabled learning.
